Read about our February training session

February training started off as normal with technical training at the slightly soggy Hindleap Warren. Then a quick relocation to Michael Hall School saw the juniors take part in a Strength & Condition Session led by Marta.

The session started with a team game which I’m still not sure I understand. The we looked at Ankle exercises. This was followed by a game of dodgeball with varying rule changes throughout. Another session on Knees was followed by another team game, then more strengthening exercises and an opportunity to try using the various bits of equipment. Lots of fun was had by all and some very tired juniors by the end of the session.
