Sat 1 Feb - Hindleap Warren and Michael Hall School
Something a bit different this month: the usual technical training in the morning, followed by a strength and conditioning session after lunch, held at the nearby Michael Hall school (scene of the Yvette Baker Trophy final back in September)

We will transport anyone needing a lift from Hindleap Warren to the school. Collection from Michael Hall school, Kidbrooke Park, Forest Row RH18 5JA at 3pm.
For the afternoon, please bring clean trainers and clothes suitable for a gym session. We don't want muddy o-kit in the gym.

Training starts at 10.15am ready to run, unless stated otherwise. We start with a warm-up, then technical exercises to develop our skills. We stop for lunch (bring a packed lunch) at about 12.30pm and then finish the afternoon with some form of team exercise to put into practice our new skills.
Exercises are planned to ensure that juniors return regularly to our coaching team for feedback during the session. Sometimes we work in pairs and juniors are often shadowed by a coach.
Facilities are basic – there are generally no toilets. First aid cover is always provided.
