Ready to run at 10.15am, in the car park opposite the Tilgate Forest recreation centre, Tilgate Park. Post code RH10 5PH, w3w brains.glee.stick, grid ref TQ269345. From M23 J11, take the A23 towards Crawley and turn right at the K2 junction, then fork right again into the park.
The theme for the day is "straight or round", with an emphasis on route choice strategy for upcoming major competitions.
For those who really want to get warmed up, there is a parkrun in Tilgate Park before the session. Note, if you park in the main car park, it is pay and display.

Training starts at 10.15am ready to run, unless stated otherwise. We start with a warm-up, then technical exercises to develop our skills. We stop for lunch (bring a packed lunch) at about 12.30pm and then finish the afternoon with some form of team exercise to put into practice our new skills.
Exercises are planned to ensure that juniors return regularly to our coaching team for feedback during the session. Sometimes we work in pairs and juniors are often shadowed by a coach.
Facilities are basic – there are generally no toilets. First aid cover is always provided.
